Job Title: Head – Business Operations | Senior Vice President
Location: Chennai

Our client, a leading technology solutions company, is looking for a senior business operations leader to oversee customer success, enterprise account delivery, revenue realisation and operational governance.
The selected candidate will act as the organisation’s key representative for customers after the sales process and ensure successful delivery, customer satisfaction, renewals, collections and account profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery governance across enterprise accounts
• Ensure achievement of project milestones, contractual commitments and customer outcomes
• Manage strategic customer relationships at CXO and business-leadership levels
• Drive customer satisfaction, renewals and long-term account growth
• Monitor SLAs, delivery performance, governance reviews and executive escalations
• Align project execution with milestone-based invoicing and collections
• Own account-level P&L and improve gross margins
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance and Operations teams
• Establish executive dashboards, business reviews and performance-governance systems
• Ensure smooth transition of customers from Sales to Delivery
• Identify upselling, cross-selling and account-expansion opportunities
• Build and mentor a high-performing delivery and programme-management team

• Revenue growth and new bookings
• Renewal rate and customer retention
• Account, project and domain-level gross margins
• Upselling and cross-selling revenue
• On-time delivery and resource utilisation
• Customer satisfaction and NPS
• Sales pipeline coverage and win rate
Candidate Profile:
• MBA with an Engineering background
• Minimum 10 years of post-MBA experience
• Strong experience in enterprise customer delivery and business operations
• Proven exposure to account P&L, revenue realisation and operational governance
• Strong CXO-level customer-management experience
• Experience handling large-scale, pan-India operations is preferred
• Exposure to large PSU or government contracts will be an advantage
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving and relationship-management skills
